  1. That park sounds awesome and that sounds like a great way to get a work out in while still enjoying the outdoors. I know what you mean, though. I was so focused right before the wedding and then afterward and the honeymoon…I just haven’t been motivated to get back to it! But at least you are doing something active! The important thing is just do something active every day for at least 30 minutes. You’re well on your way!

  2. Hiking is such a great way to get exercise in while still enjoying yourself. Especially when there aren’t mosquitoes. lol.
